We collect data about your referring app or URL (that is, the app or place on the Web where you were when you tapped/clicked on our ad).

When you click to apply for a position, you will be redirected to Breezy HR. We access and process the application data you submit there (such as name, CV/resume) to evaluate your candidacy.

3.5. To manage application forms

If you submit a project through our form, we process your personal data to evaluate your project for potential collaboration or partnership opportunities and to communicate with you regarding your submission.

If you recommend a candidate through our form, we process your personal data and the candidate's data you provide to evaluate referrals, match candidates with open positions, and communicate with you regarding the referral status.

We use Notion to collect and store form applications. Notion's Privacy Policy .

3.6. To enforce our Terms and Conditions of Use and to prevent and combat fraud

We use personal data to enforce our agreements and contractual commitments, to detect, prevent, and combat fraud. As a result of such processing, we may share your information with others, including law enforcement agencies (in particular, if a dispute arises in connection with our Terms and Conditions of Use ).
